San Francisco Superior Court Criminal Division

The San Francisco Superior Court Criminal Division is located at the Hall of Justice, 850 Bryant Street, Room 101, (between 6th and 7th streets), San Francisco, CA 94103. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Friday, except legal holidays.

The San Francisco Superior Court Criminal Division has jurisdiction over felonies, misdemeanors, and infractions occurring within the City and County of San Francisco. Proceedings are most often conducted at 850 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. A limited number of criminal cases are also heard at the Civic Center Courthouse located at 400 McAllister Street (between Polk Street and Van Ness Avenue).
